Certification testing performed by ITSNA (formerly ETL or Edison Testing Laboratories).  ITSNA is a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory recognized by OSHA as qualified to perform safety testing.  All testing laboratories must be recognized by OSHA in order to certify products as safe for use in the U.S. work place.  This includes UL.
